SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for you. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You can choose between standard shipping (3-5 business days) or local delivery in the Austin area which is delivered in 2-3 days (for more info on local deliveries click here). Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number for easy monitoring. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our friendly customer support team. 

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Carmona's Western Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. You can initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process and, if applicable, provide a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.

For exchanges, reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you in processing the exchange, subject to availability. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation promptly by providing a replacement or issuing a full refund. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
