Carmona’s Western Wear started in the late 90’s in Mexico when my uncle, Andres Carmona, started selling boots from the back of a van. Over the years he opened locations in Aurora Illinois near Chicago. Then relocated to Austin, Texas in 2009. He opened locations at Flea Markets in Austin. Shortly after, he was diagnosed with Cancer. With no fear of his diagnosis kept building and serving the Austin community with the best quality of western wear. After a long fight, we lost him to Cancer in 2016. I, his niece Laura Rubio, then took over as I was the most knowledgeable of the business. (I had been by his side working with him since age 7) I wanted to honor him and incorporate him into our logo. So when you see our logo you see my uncle Andres. A man who took pride in his company and work ethic. Everyday we work to make him proud and run the business with pride and deliver every boot with joyful customer service. From the Carmona’s Western Wear team we want to thank all our customers for your trust in us and our products!
